Emmeline Lopez is a dynamic leader, advocate, and servant at heart, dedicated to empowering individuals and communities through education, mentorship, and financial literacy. As an AVP, Senior Operations Manager at Bank of America, she has spent nearly two decades developing and leading professional and leadership programs, enhancing processes and performance, and mentoring young and mature adults. She is also instrumental in onboarding, managing, and hiring interns through partnerships with organizations like Year Up, providing career pathways for emerging professionals.

Beyond her corporate impact, Emmeline Lopez is the Founder and CEO of Heartbeat Foundation, Inc., a nonprofit dedicated to uplifting foster, adoptive, and underprivileged children through programs that provide educational opportunities, workforce development, and community support. Under her leadership, Heartbeat Foundation has launched transformative initiatives such as Empowering Smart Choices, Guiding Financial Confidence for Life, and Pulse of Joy, a holiday giving program that spreads cheer one heartbeat at a time.

A passionate entrepreneur, she is also the owner of StuffedKrust, an authentic Caribbean-inspired savory pastries catering business. More than just a culinary venture, StuffedKrust is a business with a purpose—donating 50% of its proceeds to Heartbeat Foundation to support its mission and expand its impact in the community.

An avid volunteer and Better Money Habits Champion, she is dedicated to financial literacy education, teaching children, young adults, and adults with special needs how to build confidence in managing money. She is also actively involved in the Membership Drive Committee for the Military Support Assistance Group (MSAG), providing vital support to veterans and active-duty service members.

Her commitment to diversity, inclusion, and community service has been recognized through multiple Bank of America Brand Ambassador and Diversity & Inclusion Awards. With a steadfast faith in God, she finds strength in Jeremiah 29:11, a guiding verse that reflects her deep belief in hope, purpose, and a prosperous future.

Married for 18 years, Emmeline Lopez is a devoted wife and proud mother of five incredible children—two sons, lovingly adopted and chosen by heart, and three beautiful daughters, embraced through marriage and love. Passionate about serving her community, she continues to be a beacon of inspiration, using her platform to uplift others and create lasting change.
